Today I have Discussed about the 2 minute rule again because, to understand this concept better. SO let's Get Started!

Think for a moment about yourself, the people around you. Have You?
People think that we need more effort to start a habit, but it's not at all necessary to put much efforts. You can employ the Two Minute Rule to simplify your habits at the start. Your goal may be to run a marathon or a runner, but the start is to wear your shoes, that's the main entry, 2 minute version of your major goal, the following steps can be tough, but the first 2 minutes must be easy that even a master procrastinator should be able to do. The 2 minute rule really helps you make your good habits easy to start, helps you achieve any sort of major goals.  That's all about the 2 minute rule, I don't want you to be stressed for reading my articles, see you next time, Bye!!
